Got up bright and early this past Saturday (5am) to be on location out at Dowdy Lake in Red Feather, CO for the first shoot for a commercial for Canvas Credit Union.
It’s been a while since I’ve been involved in a video project, it is STILL one of my favorite types of assignments to work on. It was beautiful peaceful day out there, and videographers Brian Buss and Ben Ward definitely brought their A-game. And CSU Drone Center provided a top of the line drone to get some amazing overhead shots of our kayakers out on the lake. Can’t wait to get a better look at the final footage.
I’m pretty excited about the remaining three location shoots. Stay tuned.
Launch Community Through Skateboarding / Music City Hot Chicken Party Party
Saturday night was a blast with lots of rock music, beers and buds for a really good cause. One of my favorite joints in town Music City Hot Chicken celebrated it’s 3 year anniversary with a fund raising event with all proceeds going to Launch Community Through Skateboarding.
Drop-Off Productions provided the music: Sour Boy, Bitter Girl, Voight, BlackDots, Serpentfoot, NIGHT CHAMP, Matti Jo Canino (RVIVR), Zee Irelynn and Fort Comedy's Kyle Pogue as Master of Ceremonies.
I’m not gonna lie, it was also pretty cool seeing all so many friends and people wearing the new shirts I designed for Music City Hot Chicken.
